From your everyday meals to rich treats, feel the fresh and light notes of Perfect Pairing coming from Mulberry Leaves and Jasmine Blossoms. Often compared to Pu'Er, Perfect Pairing embodies the same taste and smell profile as the iconic Chinese tea sans caffeine.
Jasmine Blossoms and Bergamot Peel is a highly recommended combination to accompany your gastronomical indulgences. Jasmine Blossoms help to boost the release of gastric enzymes and aid digestion. At the same time, this pair of ingredients can help fight against bad bacteria, which can otherwise cause intestinal inflammation.
Mulberry leaves and fruits contains active component 1-Deoxynojirimycin (1-DNJ), which helps manage blood sugar levels and cholesterol levels by regulating the intensity that carbohydrate-digesting enzymes break down food into glucose sugars, to prevent sugar highs and rushes.
Mulberries and Bergamot Peel also work in synergy to relieve cold and flu symptoms. Mulberries have strong antiviral polyphenol content (such as Gallic Acid) that prevent certain strains of influenza virus from entering our cells.
