If you have received a damaged, defective, incorrect product, or if there has been an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will get back to you within 3 working days to assist you.

We are happy to review requests for replacements, returns or refunds on a case-by-case basis. Approved returns and refunds are applicable for products that are unused, unopened and in their original condition, unless otherwise stated due to product defects or delivery errors.

Please note that refunds or returns due to change of mind, personal preference, or circumstances unrelated to product quality may not be accepted.
